Playing with clay

Its been a long time since I felt compelled to roll out a ball of clay and make something. Felt like making an owl... Not the greatest first attempt..think I'll try it again...you know the old saying if at first.....

Painted two pots white with roses for centerpieces and added red roses to them. Im going to make two more painted black with white roses dipped in red paint. I'm so glad I started prepping for this party early. I'm saving money and my sanity!

While most women are out being active and doing little outdoor activities I rather sit inside in the AC with my little one making something.....why? Because I was literally in the pathway of the sun for 20 mins and Im burnt! My glitter, glue and decorative paper don't cause me pain! I garden and I like it but I don't do it in the middle of the day...I wait until sunset. I dont tan either so I'll be peeling in a couple days and return back to my nice pale self.
